GhostFest & Haunted House 2025

Our haunted house is unlike any haunted event you will experience this year, because the May-Stringer IS the most haunted house in the State of Florida.  You can’t get more authentic than that.

GhostFest is 2 weekends in October, with the haunted house and some vendors each Friday and Saturday.  Then on the last Saturday it becomes an all day event with food, vendors, entertainment, and more all day and night, even after the Haunted House opens.

You will see at least 9 rooms of this 1865 Victorian house themed throughout the first two floors.  Then you exit the house only to experience more through out haunted maze.  It will be an experience you won’t soon forget.

We do not allow photography or video recording inside the house or maze.  No weapons are allowed.


MURDER AT THE MAY AVE HOUSE

In the middle of May Street sits a beautiful, happy home… with a bloody secret.

All the folks in town knew what a kind, honest woman and good mother Mrs. Crane was, so when she told them her husband left without a word in the middle of the night, no one hesitated to take her at her word. And when another friendly face disappeared, no one thought anything too suspicious of it. Then another, and another, and another. But Mrs. Crane and her children were happy as can be, especially since some of her family had moved in to support her in what must be a difficult time for her. But sooner or later, the neighbors have to admit that something is amiss. Every now and then, someone doesn’t come back from one of her dinner parties, some strange racket can be heard from the upstairs window in the dead of night, and one man swears up and down he saw blood on Mrs. Crane’s nice white apron. You’ve been invited to her next dinner party, and you have the chance to uncover a gruesome family secret… if you survive.

Think you’re done?  Nope!  If you made it out alive, now you have to survive the haunted maze where you will encounter psychotic clowns, rejected side-show freaks and anything else your worst nightmares could think up and bring to life. All you can do is pray you can get through it before they get you.  Remember, the only way to safety is through the haunted maze.

GhostFest 2025 Dates Announced

Curators of Fear have announced the following dates for this year's GhostFest and Haunted House. October 17th and 18th and 24th and 25th from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.  GhostFest starts at 10:00 am on Saturday the 25th and runs till the haunted house closes
